Job description

1. Responsible for the R&D-level synthesis of small molecules for ADCs screening in the early stage.
2. Responsible for the preliminary purification process development of ADC drugs.
3. Responsible for the development analysis methods of ADCs and related analysis/characterization
4. Manage the process and timeline of the projects, and cooperate with other departments to promote the completion of the project.
5. Assist in the research work about ADC-related drug analysis, small molecule screening, conjugation scheme, and other related research work.
6. Complete other experimental work.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s or master's degree, major in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, organic chemistry, and other related majors.
2. Prefer to employees with working experience in ADC conjugation, as well as fresh graduates with related research experience.
3. Have certain abilities and research backgrounds about organic synthesis or drug synthesis.
4. Prefer to employees with research experience in chemical biology, such as protein chemical modification.
5. Have aproactivework attitude, rigorous logical thinking ability, good communication skills and teamwork ability.
6. Have certain English reading ability, and be able to independently conduct relevant literature and patent research.

Job description

1. Responsible for design, expression, and purification of tool enzymes, and evolution of enzymes.
2. Responsible for expression and purification of antibodies, and fundamental parameter tests of antibody, including affinity and endocytosis tests.
3. Responsible for identification and analysis of antibodies.
4. Manage the process and timeline of the projects, and cooperate with other departments to promote the completion of the project.
5. Carry out pharmacodynamic evaluation and stability evaluation related to ADC drugs R&D.
6. Complete other experimental work.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor or master's degree, pharmacy, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology and other related majors are preferred.
2. Relevant R&D experience in antibodies is preferred, and fresh graduates with ADC R&D experience are also preferred.
3. Proficient in PCR, molecular cloning, protein expression purification, quality testing.
4. Research background and knowledge accumulation in drug activity evaluation (cell level and animal level), pharmacokinetic evaluation are preferred.
5. Active working attitude, rigorous logical thinking ability, good communication ability and teamwork ability.
6. Have certain English reading ability, and be able to independently conduct relevant literature and patent research.
